Cooking for family tonight!
I’m having my sister and brother-in-law for dinner. I’ve made sweet & sour beef brisket, roasted fingerling potatoes and carrots with minced dill, cherry tomatoes in olive oil with fresh basil, and a blueberry cornmeal butter cake. Oh, and we’ll be drinking copious amounts of scotch, wine and champagne.
